Shipping Policy
Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1-3 days and then shipped to the delivery address.
Custom made processing will be longer due to customisation but will be agreed with customer via email/messages prior processing. After customisation, customer will receive photo for confirmation and then will be shipped to the delivery address provided when purchasing the item.
Estimated average times for posting:
-> UK usually will be 2-5 working days.
-> Other countries will be 5-15 working days (might be earlier).
In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Cyber Weekend Christmas, etc.) or logistical issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks.
If this is not the case, you will be able to proceed to a refund for lost/unsent orders.
All shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.
Please consider
*If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund option and a next shipment of the package will be at the expense of the customer and buyer.
*In the event that at the time of delivery Postage services or CraftyPrezzies cannot contact the customer and if in 15 days from first delivery attempt the package is not collected from the postal office, it will be sent back to us (CraftyPrezzies) Buyer will get refund minus the return postage cost, or package will be lost in transit due to not collected package buyer will not receive the refund.
*In the event that the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, has moved house or similar.
*Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.
CraftyPrezzies is not responsible under any circumstances for any taxes, duties or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied at customs for the package purchased, so the buyer and customer of CraftyPrezzies will be responsible for providing the required value at customs without being able to process a refund.

Customer satisfaction is CraftyPrezzies priority. Therefore, CraftyPrezzies accept returns if you are not completely satisfied. CraftyPrezzies will issue a refund as soon the item has been received, but byer will need to cover return shipping costs.
